Low income Asian immigrant youth are finding it hard to assimilate to western culture

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Asian immigrant population is the fastest growing segment of the city. Youths are are particular risk with little leadership initiatives in their communities. Asian role models in the corporate hierarchy are scarce.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Mentoring and Leadership training for low income, limited English proficient youth to introduce them to mainstream careers.
