It is important to solve this because teachers are quitting in droves for not being properly compensated and without teachers, who is going to educate the youth and help them pursue their passions. Teachers and coaches are essential during the formative years and without them children will struggle

Properly funding or increase funding the DOE budget for teacher compensation or pensions
