What problem would you like to solve?

Young men in the community are getting caught up in crime and drug dealing and the youth center in the community stops at a certain age

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Men, ages 17 to 30, need help and programs, and the community center doesn't serve individuals over a certain age. Programs are needed to serve all young adults but particularly men ages 17 to 30. This will keep them off the streets.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We need something in Ravenswood, Astoria, that can be modeled after the YMCA and have different programs for older (young) adults, especially for men.
