Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is an important and relevant issue in our community. I frequently find myself talking to people over 60 who struggle to pay for rent due to their low income. There aren't enough affordable housing opportunities for seniors that don't have a 5+ year waitlist.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We need to have more affordable housing opportunities for seniors such as income-based rent.
