Accessibility to Green Spaces!

What problem would you like to solve?

The problem I would like to solve is the lack of actual green spaces in the Bronx; not concrete playgrounds.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Our Community (Bronx) is heavily polluted by vehicles and facilities which is also allowing for us to have the highest asthma rates as a result. Green Spaces ensure we have cleaner air. lower temperature, food control and a place for our children to play.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An Idea I have is to Implement more green spaces in vacant lots and have more community land trust.
