The current generations overuse/over rely on the internet. Chronic internet usage has negative affects on the mind.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

There is a growing disconnect between reality and the digital world. This is harming real progress and knowledge from being made in the real world.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Educate people on their screen usage. Show people the correlation between mental illness (depression, personality disorders, etc.) and internet usage.
