Affordable Recreational Centers for Youth

What problem would you like to solve?

The problem that we would like to solve is the lack of education centers for the youth. 

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because with the rise of cell phone and social media use in young kids, it would be beneficial for them to have a space in their neighborhood where they can go and be active and meet new kids their age. 

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An idea to combat this issue is opening up YMCA’s in different neighborhoods, renovating neighborhood parks to include more activities for kids of all ages, and funding more sports programs.

This would help the youth to be more active.
