The problem that we would like to solve is the lack of basic life courses for adults and elderly, such as, how to send an email, how to use a new cell phone, how to read and understand government documents, etc.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because newer immigrants and elderly have a hard time filling out paperwork and adapting to new ways of living.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An idea to combat this issue is creating life courses where professionals teach elderly and immigrants how to do everyday things that would be beneficial to them.
