What problem would you like to solve?

The problem I would like to solve is education and exposure to different career paths

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because our youth need more guidance on life outside of school. The youth should be educated on the various career paths and opportunities.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

The idea I have to address this problem is to create youth service programs that allow youth to explore different career paths through shadowing and internships in the careers they will like to pursue before pursuing it. Many times, youth want to follow a career path and when they finally are in it they do not want to pursue it because they do not enjoy it but stay because they already committed so much education into it.
