Safe streets - hang out shelters

What problem would you like to solve?

Eliminate hanging outside businesses, blocking paths of entry and exits with loud music and cursing and smoking by providing small gathering shelters.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

So I can feel safe while walking on clear sidewalks/ pathways, lessen fear and threat of assault, robbery or injury.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Build small gathering shelters and hire more security to monitor.
