What problem would you like to solve?

Many people with Autism have a hard time living a normal life. It would be great to see jobs and activities available for people with Autism.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because people with Autism deserve to live a normal life. Many people in NYC have Autism and they deserve to have similar opportunities as everyone else.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Granting people with Autism opportunities for job training and employment, and training businesses on how to work with neurodivergent staff and allow everyone to thrive in their work environments. Developing Autism-at-Work programs at many businesses across the city.

Who would that help?

People with Autism and businesses.
