Provide mental health, social services, education, apprentice opportunities/jobs

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

When these people young and old face the outside world, we know that the community is not safe. We would like to travel on the subway safely.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Centers to evaluate lost people and criminals, provide help, health care and education, jobs so the rest of then community can be safe
