Provide real housing for homeless citizens and residents. Homelessness crisis in NYC.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This catastrophe has only gotten worse over the past decades and must be solved conclusively

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Advocate awareness that untold units of unoccupied (never-to-be occupied!) Commercial and luxury real estate could house the homeless and save the city money at the same time.

Who would that help?

Our entire society would benefit in transforming this moral outrage via a rapid, simple solution.
