What problem would you like to solve?

Many bicyclists do not follow rules of traffic lanes, traffic lights. Many ride against traffic on the sidewalks and have caused accidents. Two friends have had spinal surgery and permanent injury from being hit by a scofflaw cyclist.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Public safety.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

require licenses and identification for cyclists and penalties for breaking laws

Have a separate division of the police assigned to monitor bicycle traffic
