What problem would you like to solve?

Adult black men between ages 24-35 need free job training because there is an unbalance of men of color within the workforce.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

To have more men of color present in the New York workforce so we can build more role models and make less excuses.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

To have mobile trucks and vans, announcing programs with applications & registration easily accessible with commercials and advertisement.

Who would that help?

Black youth without formal training and education.
