What problem would you like to solve?

The youths lack of knowledge of maintaining and obtaining a job.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is important to solve because the youth are the next generation of workers. It is relevant because without good/purposeful workers our economy will fail.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Mandatory career days every 2 months in high schools to implement programs for teens to join. (ex: YEARUP)
