Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Huge need exists to help our children learn and grow, especially given the ravages of covid. Children have elevated rates of anxiety due to the pandemic and have also been spending way more time inside then usual.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Use the parks (if they are close enough) to build gardens and plant vegetables. In addition to teaching children how to grow food, it also means they'd be outside in nature and will see the results of their work. Gardening also is linked to knowing more about healthy food.
