Having access to more Individual Training Grants (ITG) Vouchers in difference career fields would help.

This is important because having a small amount of jobs to train for gives people a choice in careers.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Adding more job fields to train in so people have a vast number of career choices to choose from and will be more likely to keep that job.

Who would that help?

People would jumpstart their career, find a higher paying job, and be more likely to keep that job.
