There is lack of inclusivity in technical aspects of theater and live events for people in urban communities.

This program could provide job training in the community and opportunities for careers in theater.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

The program would offer after school programs and visits to theaters for practice and learning. All youth-lead concerts and plays.
