Working At a Proper Age

What problem would you like to solve?

I believe the problem with jobs and working rights is they allow only certain jobs only at 18 year old; however, if mature enough, I feel 16 is a good age to begin working.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Because usually the youth are allowed to work at 16 but not hours they are actually need especially in some situations.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I believe that youth at 16 should be able to take a test or something to provide the written information to see if they are able to work. The money from the city should got to paying for test proctors and a testing site.

Who would that help?

Most youth that go through financial problems and are kicked out even LGBTQ community. Test sites would be provided tp allowed youth to be challenged to work.
