Changes at "Job readiness for the unhoused"

What problem would you like to solve?

Homeless people sleeping in the buildings, living in the stairhalls, or camping on the roof.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is extremely unsafe for people to sleep in these places for them and for the people who live in the building. The Homeless need a place to go that offers them services and a way to become a productive member of society.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Funding to housing to assist with processing applications, moveouts, & programs that will educate people for job training/ referrals to jobs

Who would that help?

The people in the community would sleep easier knowing the people were no longer sleeping in public spaces and on the roof, the people forced in to these situations would finally have an opportunity to grow and fix there situation,
