To improve the broken mental health system in NYC.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

The most severely mentally ill do not access emergency mental health care. When mentally ill individuals who do not receive the proper care, it negatively impacts quality of life for all.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Hospitals, community mental health professionals, and social service agencies need to work in collaboration to address this problem.
