What problem would you like to solve?
In my case I only speak Spanish and would like to lean English at a place close to home.
Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?
Because many people are seeking classes in English. -Free.
What idea do you have to address the problem?
Non-Profit agencies and local official, Community leader to seek out center and schools in my community to provide free ESL classes.
