What problem would you like to solve?

I would like to solve Queensbridge limited access to fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as, the limited access to books.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Food deserts contribute to health disparities and high rates of chronic diseases. And Limited book access leads to poor literacy in both adults and the youth.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

My idea is to create a beautiful community garden that features a creative and affirming mural that supports the people of queensbridge with farming/crops and library boxes.
