    The state of NYCHA Housing

    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    It is important to solve because people deserve a safe place to live in. It is relevant in my community as I live in a NYCHA building.

    What idea do you have to address the problem?

    A program that helps to teach construction, electrical, and plumbing skills to people. Then individuals have the skills to join a union
