What idea do you have to address the problem?

Teenagers are very talented and if they get offered something like a photography program this might grab their attention this way the will shift their focus on something positive instead of violence and drugs. If these teenagers get the opportunity to join a photography class, they will show brilliant and creative ideas to the community
