There are a lot of up-and-coming rappers that need to be discovered but just do not know where to start.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

A lot of teens that make music have a lot of potential and making music can keep them out of trouble.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Donation of music distributors so that all up-and-coming rappers can be heard in any type of way.

Who would that help?

All teens are considered troubled so they can stay safe and not be in problematic events.
