Changes at "Bicyclist/pedestrians Safety"

What problem would you like to solve?[People Cannot ride bikes safely in the street, so they ride on the sidewalk. This is dangerous for pedestrians.]

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community? (people who deliver food need to be able to bike safely to ern a living. People who bike for hobby and excercise need to be able to bike safely too. Everyone should be able to walk safely be able to bike safely too. Everyone should be able to walk safely and delivery drivers trying to meet strict time requirements should not be blamed.
