What problem would you like to solve?

There are amazing recycling and composting programs in NYC that people aren't aware of

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

The programs are in place, we just need more people to access them. This will help us waste less, which means less garbage and litter to affect our communities

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Use the budget to run an advertising campaign for recycling and composting programs, and focus the programs towards connecting people with these programs

Who would that help?

It would help Staten Island by improving its environment
