What problem would you like to solve?

We need to train young people how to be coaches in basketball. A lot of people have an interest in the sport and we need to train people to be coaches for programs that are opening up.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

We need to promote jobs in our community. Lots of people know how to play basketball, but not enough know how to effectively teach or coach the sport. What idea do you have to address the problem?

We should create training programs for potential basketball coaches. This will help people who need a job doing something they love without necessarily putting too much pressure on them. WIth the extra income, they can help their families. At the same time the community would benefit from having people from the community who can be effective coaches teaching the sport.
