What problem would you like to solve?

Have a place for the youth and families to unplug in a natural environment where we focus on health, wealthiness, sports, and life skills.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

If we provide the safest possible learning environment for kids and adults, we can begin to engage them differently and without distractions. Programs will alternate/rotate based on need. For example, forming and food gardens will be paired with a educative lesson on scarcity and innovation; sports oriented individuals will be paired with public relations training; a program allowing families with at-risk or mentally ill person to take a trip to rehabilitate TOGETHER, rather than drop someone off at a facility.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Recently purchased 20 acres in the Catskills Mountains to build a community-oriented oasis. We intend to create a sustainable living quarters and events center to one day temporary house inner-city youth and NYCHA residents.
