Financial illiteracy leads to poor financial decisions including poverty and loosing their homes to predatory lenders.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Breaking the poverty cycle in our community. To many members of the community is loosing their homes.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Financial literacy/financial empowerment will support the community's ability to develop businesses and other financial institutions for and in the community.

Who would that help?

The entire community, and other areas.
