What problem would you like to solve?

We have families losing their homes because they did not have access to basic trusts and estates planning and don't know who to trust to get the help that they need.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It would relieve anxiety and stop some of the displacement we see in the community.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We need a community-based workshop that explains elder care law, trusts and estates planning and what happens when seniors have medical issues and need to go to rehab. How do you get long-term care assistance without losing assets like social security, your savings or your home.

Who would that help?

Seniors and families in general looking to keep what they have and not lose assistance.
