The lack of awareness community members have for their mental health and confronting the lack of mental health resources.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Getting the youth diagnosed early in life can stop them from growing up without proper knowledge of there illness. It is relevant for the community due to the lack of pre-existing mental health resources.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Educational programs and sessions teaching the communities holistic ways to approach mental illness before depending on pharmaceuticals or self-medication.
