What problem would you like to solve?

I have seen that there is a lack of work opportunities for the undocumented community members due to immigration status. Unemployed residents frequently put health care last when looking for employment options.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Opportunities for employment are crucial since they can bring stability. More city resources may become accessible if the economy is stable. Any individual should be able to contribute to the city's workforce regardless of their immigration status. Members of the community bring a variety of skills and knowledge from their home countries.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Establishing a network or association of employment opportunities involving employers and CM's alike. I would organize workshops on career development and establish a group of mentors to offer help and other resources.
