    Increased anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges

    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    During COVID-19, mental health has been aggravated in many ways, through relationship issues, socioeconomic loss and personal loss.

    What idea do you have to address the problem?

    Create a community space to offer regular programming that promotes mental health. This includes offering regular exercise programming improving mental health, cultural arts and crafts, cooking classes, and peer groups to discuss emerging issues. We could also invest in a peer education model for center programming.
