What problem would you like to solve?

Free and low cost insurance has too many conditions making it not as widely available for middle class people.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Some people neglect medical care because of the cost. Low income people have Medicare but people in middle class have to pay out of pocket.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We can start a program where multiple insurances are compared and people are provided with medical quotes that fit their specific budget, not their income.

Who would that help?

Middle class families.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

I seethis projectbeing started in the TRIE areas of Staten Island. They are low income areas but there are plenty of middle class Americans living in those areas with no government support trying to lower their cost of living as much as possible.
