Avatar: Official proposal Official proposal

What problem would you like to solve?

Teaching people who does not know how to speak English, and creating a proper, welcoming judge free community and so that the people that do learn can take it and pass it on.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Many people struggle to live their daily lives due to not being able to speak English. To them it might be like people are not hearing what they have to say and the opinions does not matter. But this is untrue and unjust everyone should be able to say what they want and so for people to understand they need to learn English.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Creating more free English classes in libraries.

Who would that help?

People who does not know how to speak English

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

Harlem
