Idea Submission for The People's Money:
Our idea has the objective of bettering the experience of students in special education programs in NYC. We want to establish a program that helps better train staff in special education programs in NYC. We want to establish a program that helps better train staff in special education classrooms, so they are better prepared to assist their students. Part of this program consists of shoving consists of showing educators how connect their lessons to act or music to make learning more fun for their students. We think if educators in special education classes more in-depth training and shown non-traditional, creative ways have to connect with their students then the experience students have in special education classes will greatly improve.
What is the problem your idea aims to address?
This topic area needs more funding because educating the youth is important in order to set them up to have a successful future. Additionally, employees in education need the correct tools and guidance to best assist their students.
