Describe the challenge you want to address:: I believe the city should focus on homelessness because all types of people deserve a stable home to help them succeed with life. Also, mental health as well because not all people speak up and those going through domestic violence because those people deserve a chance.
What is the solution to the challenge?: I believe a way people can benefit from the city's help is all those houses and buildings that are repossessed or vacant can be fixed up and do like a Tier 2 shelter rent free for them. Purchasing properties and opening a shelter.
