Describe the challenge you want to address:: There's many homless people and to get back on their feet there should be job offering and they could stay in the shelter while they. I see many homeless people on the street and they could get lots of help if they had a job.
What is the solution to the challenge?: By giving them jobs and helping them. letting them live in the homeless shelter and work to bring them back on their feet. There should be good shelters for every homeless person. Since there's some bad ones.
