With all of the changes having in the workplace, it is hard for young adults to figure out out whether they should go to college or not, how to access affordable training programs, and what skills are most important for which careers. It is also hard to know about careers that exist now but didn't when their parents or older siblings were first entering the workforce. For young adutl who might have struggled through hig school it is even more difficult.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Services that help people figure out options and connect o existing (low-cost) resources, training programs, CUNY supports, etc.
