Describe the challenge you want to address:

Trauma, Coping ,Grieving, Loss, Mental, Incarceration, I recently lost my sister and I adopted her daughter, and I must say there aren't any grieving programs around for individuals or family. I've cried but haven't really mourned because I'm too busy being in charge

What is the solution to the challenge?

We need to help people of all ages the training and helping to heal from a loss or trauma. Understanding that trauma can start from the womb- to any situation that occurs in our lives.
