Describe the challenge you want to address:: There is a challenge in the job place getting work and having income Mobility
What is the solution to the challenge?: My solution would be creating a program outside of college and high schools that would help individuals such as youth, older adults, parents, and low-income people access higher-paying jobs and skills. The program would hire for jobs and skills. The program would include monthly sessions with employers and college coordinators to speak about their jobs and opportunities. Then, there will be another session to speak about how to interview, shops to speak about how to interview, workshops to create resumes, and how they should dress.
