Describe the challenge you want to address:: In the schools, there are many broken or unsatisfactory equipment or machinery, like a busted heater in winter or a heater unable to be turned off in the summer.
What is the solution to the challenge?: The government could use the money to fix ACs, heaters, lights, smart boards, and more, or maybe install them if not existing. This would help the students and the staff would be better prepared.
