Where will my child live or be cared for when I'm gone. Also cannot use traditional services when a person with dd needs a 1 to 1.

What is the solution to the challenge?

Create a line item that can be used for a position to plan activities and advocate and manage life of the child. Maybe a specialized type of agency that handles these hot topics.
