Describe the challenge you want to address:
NYC Planted thousands of ginko trees and many of them smell disgusting. Build an app to let New Yorkers tag the female ginko trees for removal.
What is the solution to the challenge?
An initiative to let New Yorkers find and report female ginko trees. Then pay OT to Park Sept to remove the female trees and replace them.
