Describe the challenge you want to address:

In our case our audience is Ahn who is a formaly incarcerated single mom. Her daughter has recently had a breakup with her girlfriend. as a result anh may struggle with offering positive coping mechanisms or alternatives to support her daughter. Her daughter may be facing feelings of sadness or isolation and needs an outlet to combat these emotions in a healthy way.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

We want to develop a program for formerly incarcerated individuals that targets helping them develop and implement healthy coping skills to decrease mental stress. Our program will additionally train them to use skills they acquired in prison for a positive course of action. Turning lessons into transferable skills.
