Many Communities treat people with disabilities different. Example: People who can't hear are shouted at or thought to be uneducated.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Program to Empower people with hearing loss who are seniors or have special needs. Will teach sign language and offer other resources to help all residents be more tolerant of one another.
