Describe the challenge you want to address:

We had transportation to shopping, food shopping, as well as transportation for our classes. The transportation congract they use now is very flaky. They dont always show up and or decide they dont want to take us. When they do show up their tours dont allow for us to be back to the center in time for lunch.
